Chevo has been awarded the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Business Transformation Team (BTT) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This multiple-award BPA was issued under Chevo’s GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract and has a total estimated value of $145 million over a five-year period of performance. The BPA will support FDA’s ongoing efforts to modernize and strengthen financial management business processes, systems, training, communications, performance management, and related business transformation initiatives across the agency. We are looking forward to competing against the other awardees: Accenture, Deloitte, Guidehouse, and Kearney.
Under this award, where Chevo is the only small business awardee, we will provide program and project management, business process improvement, change management, strategic planning, enterprise risk management, communications, training maintenance and redesign, workforce planning, cost allocation, performance management, business analysis and reporting, and IT management, systems integration, and innovation support. The effort will help FDA integrate and maintain financial management activities, improve administrative operations, support data-driven decision making, and apply modern technologies—including automation, artificial intelligence, dashboards, and collaboration tools—to improve efficiency, transparency, and mission support.
“This award reflects FDA’s confidence in Chevo’s ability to deliver practical, high-quality business transformation, financial management, training, and technology-enabled support,” said Phil Sahady, President of Chevo. “We are proud to expand into HHS and FDA and look forward to helping the agency strengthen financial operations, improve business processes, and advance innovative solutions that support FDA’s public health mission.”
